Bartending Services
$350.00
Includes:

One licensed bartender

Setup and breakdown of bar area

Clean up includes corking or packing up unused alcohol

List of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and cups/glasses quantity based on the number of guests at the event.

Bartending supplies (ice bins, shakers, custom menus, carafes, etc.)
** $250 per bartender. One bartender per 75 people **
** $100 is factored into the price for the bartending supplies that includes delivery and cleaning of the supplies**
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
$500.00
Includes :

One meeting with the coordinator
-
Outline for floorplan & timeline along with vendor recommendations

Direct the rehearsal with wedding party & family
-
Day-of coordinator for the dinner will direct vendors, set up decorations, resolve issues that may come up, and direct the clean up at the end of the event. (Contract time is 5 hours)
Additional Assistance

Includes :

One additional coordinating assistant

Scope of work includes anything from moving rental items to serving food and aiding in all setup/cleanup duties
**Additional assistants for the day-of will be required for weddings over the guest count of 200 people or with physical requirements**
