Private Event Duties Include:

First to arrive at venue

Management of vendors on the day-of while ensuring all vendors are prepared with all contracted items/services

Outline timeline of event and provide vendors with a completed copy of the timeline a week prior to the event

Aid in the setup of the event area (setting up decorations, arranging welcome table, placing name cards, etc.)

Ensure that the event area and all vendors are set up on time

Direct and help coordinate activities on the timeline while communicating with the client and vendors

Resolve any issues that come up during the event and act as a liaison for guests, vendors, and the client
-
Aid in the cleanup and ensure that vendors are clear to go before they check out with the client

Double check event area for damage, lost items, and trash before checking out with the venue manager
